  • Materra does not currently issue, distribute, or facilitate the trading of virtual assets.
  • Any references on this website to digital assets, tokenization, or future platforms are conceptual, educational, and illustrative only, and are subject to applicable regulatory approvals, including where relevant approvals from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).

Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to acquire any digital asset or financial instrument.
