Materra Lab FZCO has been included as an early founding member of Dubai Founders HQ (DFHQ), an initiative established under the UAE’s Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
DFHQ is operated by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy in collaboration with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and was inaugurated under the leadership of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Institutional Context
Dubai Founders HQ serves as a national platform designed to support high-impact ventures aligned with the UAE’s long-term economic and technological strategy.
The initiative is focused on enabling a select group of companies contributing to:
- advanced technologies
- digital economy infrastructure
- next-generation industrial systems
Materra’s inclusion reflects alignment with these priorities, particularly in the development of sovereign scientific infrastructure and advanced materials systems.
Scope of Engagement
As part of its initial participation, Materra conducted structured engagements within the DFHQ ecosystem during October and November 2025.
These interactions included discussions with relevant stakeholders across:
- regulatory frameworks
- compliance structures
- scientific and technological infrastructure
All engagements were conducted within the context of long-term institutional evaluation.
